They have joined JASON to make the 2005-2006 curriculum as real
as it can get, with Student and Teacher Argonauts based at JPL
for the live broadcasts scheduled to take place in January,

The National Robotics Challenge is a an annual
event for students in which they design and control robots and
then compete against each other in various contests. It is held
at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum on the Marion County Fairgrounds
in Marion, Ohio. In 2004 over 250 students from 27 schools representing
7 states with 148 contest entries participated. Tad Douce, a
Middle School Teacher and one of the local sponsers who organizes
the NRC, brings his knowledge of Robotics as another addition
to the 2005-2006 JASON Curriculum. |
